We are excited to announce that we have hired Matt Elliott as a territory manager for Nebraska and Western Iowa taking over for Tim O’Mara who retired after 31 years of service at Paragon Marketing. From his first job as a bus boy to owning Elliott’s Bistro at age 25 Matt has first hand knowledge of what makes a restaurant tick! For the last 17 years Matt has been cultivating knowledge of the foodservice industry as a dealer sales person and is looking forward to serving the market in this new role.
