As a St. Louis Missouri native, Jeff caught the culinary bug at a very early age thanks to PBS and his family’s enjoyment of the home kitchen.  He is a classically trained chef from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY.  He has amassed over 30 years of hospitality experience as an Executive Chef with Hilton and Adams Mark  hotels, Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts, and Morrison Healthcare. He was also a founding member, chef and operating partner for Saul Good Restaurant and Pub, an upscale casual restaurant with 3 locations.  He is skilled in institutional and high volume, as well as private fine a’la carte dining. He has worked throughout many lines of business including  hotels, fine dining, private clubs, fast casual, healthcare, banquets and extensive on and offsite catering.
